LOST IN MEMORY
72 Hours Until You Forget Me

Lost in Memory by Sami Bsoul
The Countdown Is Seventy-Two Hours. The Trap Is Eternal.

What if the person you love most forgot you while you are still standing right in front of them?

LOST IN MEMORY is a gripping science-fiction thriller about love, memory and the terrifying cost of keeping someone alive when the person they are begins to disappear.

Lost in Memory by Sami Bsoul

In a near-future world, a neurological virus steals memories of the people we love most. Brilliant scientist Dr. Gideon Holt and Nora, the woman closest to him, isolate themselves inside a high-tech bunker. When Gideon becomes infected, the countdown begins. They have exactly seventy-two hours before the virus takes away the memories that connect him to the people he loves, and begins destroying the parts of his mind that make him who he is.

Their only hope is a dangerous, unapproved cure. With time running out, they begin recording their history, trying to preserve the details that made their lives theirs. The small things. The private jokes. The moments neither thought they would ever need to remember for each other.

But the virus takes more than…

DAVKA — Real Everyday Hebrew, the book by Sami Bsoul
The Reason That Sounds Reasonable

After years of teaching Hebrew, I stopped believing that people give up simply because a language is difficult.

I have watched people begin with genuine enthusiasm. They are curious. They want to understand what they hear, read signs in a language they do not yet know, follow a conversation without losing its thread. At first, every new word opens a possibility. Every small discovery makes the next lesson worth attending.

DAVKA — Real Everyday Hebrew by Sami Bsoul

You already know what it feels like to learn a new language.

You meet the words, memorize the rules, forget half of them, and wonder why something that should be simple can feel so strangely difficult.

Then something different happens.

The Anatomy of Deception

The Psychology of How Deception Works

The lie is often the easiest form of deception to see. The harder forms leave the truth intact while changing what the truth allows someone to believe.

The most dangerous deception may be the truth you were given, not the lie you were told.

Sometimes the deception is not in the truth itself, but in the reality that truth was used to construct.

There are words we use so often that we stop asking what they mean.

Meaning may be one of them.

The Hebrew That Israelis Actually Speak

Every Word Leads Somewhere Else

Before you turn the first page of this book, spend a few minutes here. The chapters that follow will make more sense, and many moments that seem surprising at first will suddenly feel inevitable. Consider this the key before the door.

There are languages you learn.

And there are languages that quietly begin to reshape the way your mind connects ideas. Hebrew belongs to the second kind.

We think we know someone long before we actually do.

We see how they behave. We hear what they say.

Most writing about sacred text ends up sounding like explanation.
This one doesn’t.
These songs don’t sit still long enough to become commentary. They move. They return. They cut through familiar language and leave it slightly unsettled, like something remembered wrong but still true.
Some of them speak in urgency. Some in collapse. Some in quiet structure that only reveals itself after repetition. But none of them are trying to be lessons. They don’t resolve into neat meaning at the end.
What they do instead is simpler and harder to ignore.
They stay.
Not as ideas. As pressure, as rhythm, as something that keeps echoing after the page is closed.
People usually call this kind of writing “devotional” or “inspirational” until they actually read it closely enough to notice it isn’t offering comfort in the usual sense.
It’s not asking to be agreed with.
It’s asking to be heard the way repetition is heard when it stops being repetition and becomes recognition.

Ecclesiastes is often mistaken for pessimism.

What it does is remove the illusion of permanence from things that were never permanent to begin with, and it does so without softening the edges to make it easier to accept.
What remains is not despair, but clarity that refuses to pretend.
Ecclesiastes does not move forward the way stories usually do. It circles, returns, dissolves, and

What You Actually Control | Sami Bsoul

By Sami Bsoul, PhD

You cannot control the storm. You can control how you stand.

Here is the stoic‑CBT framework that separates what is yours from what is not.

Stoic dichotomy of control (Epictetus): peace comes from focusing only on what is up to you.

Cognitive reappraisal (Gross, 2002): you cannot stop the first feeling, but you can choose the second thought.

Boundary setting: where you place people is an act of internal control.

These 8 points are not a prayer.

They are a daily practice. Say them until they become reflex.

The weight of what you give

By Sami Bsoul, PhD

You think you love them. But maybe you are just exhausted from giving.

Here is the psychology of why unilateral investment feels like love, and why it is not.

The investment model of commitment (Rusbult, 1980) shows that the more you put into a relationship, time, emotion, sacrifice, the more attached you become.

Not because they earned it. Because your own effort traps you.

But love requires mutual investment. When only one person builds, the other is not a partner.

They are a beneficiary. And your brain confuses the pain of giving with the promise of return. That is not love. That is a one‑person economy.

And it will never feel like home.

Real love is measured by how hard they try back.

Empathic accuracy (Ickes, 1997): ability to read others' emotions. Empaths assume the good is there. Even when there is no evidence for it. They project their own goodness onto others. That is not naivety. That is how empathy works.

Narcissistic supply: narcissists need admiration. Empaths provide it freely.

Exploitation of prosocial traits: high empathy individuals are more likely to be targeted by manipulators because of their willingness to give second chances.

Your empathy is a gift. But a gift is not meant to be stolen. It is meant to be received by people who can hold it without breaking it.

The right person will not take your light. They will stand next to it.

Most people never learn to hold that kind of warmth without breaking it. That is their loss, not yours.

Your warmth is not an invitation. Learn to close the door to those who would exploit it.

Someone can know everything about you and still never once make you feel understood.

Someone can know your name, your habits, your history, your patterns, and still never actually feel who you are.

Understanding is emotional contact. Many relationships survive on

@sami.bsoul They know your name. Your habits. Your history. Your triggers. You tell them something you have never told anyone. A fear you buried years ago. A wound you still carry. They nod. Then they ask what is for dinner. That is not malice. That is mentalizing failure. They can describe you perfectly and still miss you completely. Being known is not the same as being felt. And that is why you feel lonelier inside such relationship than you ever did alone. Because proximity without attunement is not intimacy. It is a museum. Everything is labeled. Nothing is alive. You are not crazy. You are just with someone who learned your patterns but never learned your pain.#whenyousayiloveyou ♬ original sound - Sami Bsoul

Two Patterns, One Illusion

Everyone talks about toxic people. Few name the mechanism.

So let's name them. Two configurations that turn love into a loop you cannot break. One is clinically pathological. The other is a normal attachment variant that becomes destructive only in intimate contexts. They are not the same. But they produce

@sami.bsoul Narcissistic relationships follow a loop: idealize, devalue, discard, return. Why? A failure of object constancy- they cannot hold both good and bad images of you at once. You become all bad the moment you have a need. The result: you chase approval that never sticks. Watch for the pattern, not the apology. Narcissistic pathology involves a structural deficit in object constancy. When you express a need, their internal representation of you splits from "all good" to "all bad." Devaluation follows. You are not the cause. You are the mirror. The test: repeated behavior across three instances. That's your data.#whenyousayiloveyou ♬ original sound - Sami Bsoul

Everyone chases the origin of words. Etymology. First use. Ancient roots. I'm also into that much. But here it is not my question.

My question: Where do words go when they are out of people's mouths? Why do the same words land like a punch in one person's head and vanish like smoke in another's?

Here's the mechanism.

When You Say “I Love You”: The Psychology of Misreading Love

You didn’t fall in love. You fell into something that felt like it.

If you have to interpret it, something is already missing.

A psychological book about how people misread love, confuse feeling with meaning, and stay in what was never clear.

It follows love in silence, in waiting, in overthinking, and in the moments where something feels real before it is understood.

It shows how attachment forms before clarity, why intensity feels like truth, and how confusion is often mistaken for depth. Once you see the difference, you stop calling everything love.

The brain can confuse emotional activation with relational safety. Early intensity can create the feeling of familiarity without the stability that real understanding requires. Real connection develops through repeated, consistent experiences over time. Fast Recognition Isn’t Real Understanding. #whenyousayiloveyou

''Psychology Does Not Lie: The Truth'' It names what was done to you. It names what you did to survive. It shows you the difference between who you are and who you became around people who could not hold you. And then it gives you back yourself.

This book is for you.

But if you see someone really dear to you in every chapter, do not tell them they need it.

Just leave it where they could find it.

What feels obvious now wasn’t visible then. The brain doesn’t learn through advice, it learns through experience. That’s why most clarity comes after the damage is already done. Clarity rarely comes before the mistake. It comes from it. You only see it clearly now because you already went through what it cost you. You don’t miss the signs because you’re blind. You miss them because you haven’t learned them yet. And the brain usually learns… after it pays for it. #psychologydoesnotlie

Nothing Is Wrong With You: A Psychology of Quiet Strength, Inner Calm, and Becoming Who You Are

By Sami Bsoul, PhD

This book is meant to be read slowly.

Meant to meet you where you are.

Meant to remind you of what you already carry.

Nothing is wrong with you.

And you don’t need to become someone else to prove it.

Owning your light doesn't mean shining harder. It means stopping the apology for existing clearly.

This is what happens when worth gets tied to conditions early on. When being loved, accepted or simply left in peace depended on how useful, calm, successful or strong you could be. The mind adapts. It builds a quiet rule: I am okay only when I can show it. So you start collecting proof. You explain yourself carefully. You achieve. You stay composed. You make things easier for others. Not because it feels true but because it feels necessary. Psychology has a clear name for this pattern. It is a form of conditional self-worth shaped by early reinforcement. When approval is inconsistent or tied to performance, the self does not stabilize. It becomes something you manage. Something you defend. Something that always feels one step away from being questioned again. And here is the cost. The nervous system does not experience this as growth. It experiences it as pressure. Constant self monitoring keeps you in a low-grade state of threat. Am I enough now? Did I do it right? Should I say more? Less? Be better? Over time this does not build confidence. It erodes it. Because confidence needs something solid to stand on. And if your value always depends on the next piece of evidence there is no ground. Only effort. That tired part in you is not lack of discipline. It is not failure. It is the part that sees the truth. That no amount of proving ever settles the question for long. Real change does not come from finding better arguments for your worth. It comes from stepping out of the courtroom entirely. Worth was never meant to be a performance under review. It does not rise when you succeed or fall when you struggle. The shift happens when you stop organizing your life around being approved of and start tolerating the discomfort of not explaining, not proving not earning your place every moment. At first that feels wrong. Even dangerous. Because the system you learned was built on the belief that without effort, you disappear. But you do not. What actually begins to disappear is the constant tension. The scanning. The quiet fear of being exposed as not enough. And in that space something more stable has a chance to form. Not a louder version of confidence. A quieter one. The kind that doesn’t need witnesses.

Because when your value depends on the next piece of evidence, there is no ground. Only effort. The tired part in you isn’t lazy. It’s exhausted from constantly having to prove something that was never meant to be measured this way. And that’s why it never feels settled.#nothingiswrongwithyou ♬ original sound - Sami Bsoul

“Why do I feel nervous before nothing happens?”

“Why small stressors feel catastrophic?”

“Why do I overreact to small things?”

“Why does calm feel empty?”

“Why do emotions control me?”

“How to stop reacting impulsively to feelings”

“Why do I always pick the same type in love?”

“Why calm relationships feel boring?”

“Why I feel jealous for no reason?”

“Why seeing others stressed makes me anxious?”

“Why my mind predicts problems that aren’t there?”

“Why I feel anxious when nothing is wrong”

“How to stop being hijacked by feelings?”

“Why emotions feel urgent but are wrong?”

Read it if you are ready to lose excuses.
Leave it if you’re still looking for reassurance.

@sami.bsoul Being nice isn’t the same as being good. Nice avoids tension. Nice seeks approval. Nice is often anxiety dressed as virtue. Psychology calls it conflict avoidance. I Had to Turn the Light On is for the ones who are ready to stop shrinking, stop justifying, and start living fully.
It doesn’t offer shallow advice or empty affirmations.
It gives you
clarity, honesty, and permission, permission to see the truth, to trust yourself, to set boundaries, and to reclaim the energy, freedom, and life that’s always been yours.

This novel didn’t come from the mind, it came from the bones. From the ache behind the ribs.

There were times I genuinely thought I couldn’t continue writing. The weight of it, the emotional rawness, is overwhelming.

But when I couldn’t find the strength to keep writing, on the days I was drained, I did something I hadn’t planned: I paused. I went back to read the words I wrote in Angel’s letter, and the guests’ letters, the ones they left behind for Sam.

Each time, they gave me just enough breath to write the next sentence.

Not just energy, but purpose.

Because these pages carry a truth that doesn’t scream, but stays.

It’s something you’ll carry long after the last page.

In life, we all seek something, or someone, that grounds us. For me, in this phase of my journey, it was this story. For you, it might be something else. But trust that, in the end, you’ll find what you’re searching for, just as the characters in this novel found their way.

The most powerful stories are often the quietest, the ones that unfold in the spaces between words, in glances exchanged across a table, in the lingering scent of cedar, cinnamon, and freshly baked bread after the tea has gone cold.

There’s a hotel somewhere in the desert, maybe you’ve passed by it without noticing, or perhaps it only appears when you need it most. The lights are warm, the doors always open, and inside, time seems to stretch and bend.

A deeply moving exploration of human connection and loss.

A tender, transformative tale of healing and self-discovery.

From Language to Culture: Keys to Successful Communication with Israelis (Part 1)

By: Sami Bsoul

Hebrew and Slovak version of the article here.

Whether visiting or working in Israel, mastering effective communication is key to building relationships and establishing trust, and knowing the cultural norms will help you avoid misunderstandings and make a positive impression.

I would say, the number one and mother of all Do's and Don'ts is: Do not manipulate with Israelis.

  • In my opinion, the most important rule when interacting with Israelis, is to avoid manipulating them. Israelis are generally forgiving and will overlook your mistakes and they will forgive your flaws. However, they will not forgive anyone who tries to take advantage of them or treat them as fools (פראייר). Therefore, it's crucial to be honest and transparent in your dealings with Israelis to gain their respect and trust.

Don't forget to keep this in mind, trying to manipulate an Israeli is like trying to out-haggle a seasoned market vendor - you may think you're getting a good deal, but in the end, you'll be the one feeling duped!

  • If you Take Offence Easily you will not have much Israeli friends : Israelis can be blunt and direct, which can sometimes come across as rude or insensitive. Don't take offense easily and try to understand the intent behind the communication.

It's worth noting that, if an Israeli says your cooking is terrible, it means they love you enough to be honest with you. So, take it as a compliment and ask for their secret recipe instead!

  • When conversing with Israelis, it's important to give them a chance to react and participate in the discussion. Israelis are known for their attentive listening skills and quick understanding, so you don't need to talk too much to get your point across. If you notice that they are waiting patiently for their turn to speak, make sure to give them the space and time to share their thoughts. Otherwise, you risk losing their interest in the conversation.

Here's something to keep in your back pocket, when talking to Israelis, it's like playing a game of verbal tennis - if you hog the ball too much, you'll end up getting served a cold shoulder!

  • Although Israelis value respect, they don't appreciate excessive formality in any type of relationship, even in business. If they feel pressured to maintain a formal demeanor, they may try to do so, but it won't last for long. Ultimately, Israelis prefer genuine and authentic interactions, even in professional settings.

A little insider tip for you, Israelis respect a good sense of humour more than a fancy suit, so if you can make them laugh, you're already ahead in the game!

  • You may have heard it, I may have heard it, and everyone around us definitely heard it. Unavoidable noise is a part of everyday life in Israel. It's not uncommon to hear people shouting across a packed room, bus, or train or speaking loudly on their phones, sometimes at full volume, in public places.

One thing you don't want to overlook is, when in Israel, the noise level is just as high as the energy level - so don't be afraid to turn up the volume and let your inner extrovert out to play!

  • Don't be surprised to see hand gestures used often in Israeli communication. It's not a sign of weakness or an inability to articulate. In fact, it's a rich part of Israeli culture and is used to emphasize points, convey emotions, and enhance overall communication.

So, don't be alarmed if you find yourself in a conversation with an Israeli and they start waving their hands around like they're trying to flag down a taxi. It's just their way of expressing themselves, and who knows, maybe you'll even learn a new gesture or two!

  • Straightforward communication approach: Israelis don't shy away from expressing their opinions and tend to be upfront about what they think. This is their way of showing investment in the conversation, the subject matter, or any project at hand, and to express their care for it, whether it's an object or a person. The Israeli communication style is highly straightforward and can also be perceived as frank and amicable.

Take note of this important detail, if you're looking for someone to sugarcoat their words, you might want to steer clear of Israelis. But if you're ready for some real talk, get ready to bond with these frank and friendly communicators!

  • Unless you are familiar with the individual, it's best to steer clear of discussing controversial topics like politics, religion, and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Even if you believe you possess expertise in these areas, it's important to exercise caution.
  • It's crucial to recognize the political culture of the person you are speaking with and to whom you are addressing these issues. The Israeli society is complex and diverse, comprising numerous viewpoints and opinions. Therefore, it's necessary to be mindful of these complexities when engaging in conversations about sensitive topics.

Remember, when in doubt, you can always stick to discussing the weather - everyone loves to complain about that!

  • A clear communication style is typical of Israelis. They openly discuss topics that may be considered off-limits or taboo in other cultures. Therefore, do not be surprised if an Israeli asks you about

Interview Preparation Essential

Must-Read Tips to Help You Pass Your Next Job Interview

Part 1

By Sami Bsoul

Have you ever experienced an interview that changed your life forever?

One hour can be all it takes to determine your future success. The aim of this article is to help you prepare for those critical moments, by providing you with the tools and knowledge needed to overcome any challenges you may encounter during an interview.

While every interview is unique, this article focuses on the most important questions that you may face and how you can effectively respond to them. Even if your interviewer or future employer phrases their questions differently, the strategies presented in this article will help you measure your performance and present yourself in the best possible light.

Most books and web pages on this topic fail to capture the importance of small details, which can make a significant difference during an interview. This article takes a different approach, emphasizing the importance of these often-overlooked elements and

Small Details Matter

Why Paying Attention to the Little Things Can Make or Break Your Interview

Part 2

By Sami Bsoul

Remember, even the most experienced surgeon can still be surprised by a new operation. Likewise, your interviewer or future employer, who may have conducted hundreds of interviews, can still be impressed by your attitude and answers.

Be prepared and be an individual with the spirit of a team player.

During a job interview, you may answer all the questions well, but the devil is in the details.

Another topic I want to discuss in this article, before I start with the questions, is what I call it "small details." These details are important elements that can make an impact on each review.

All the details mentioned below should be considered to prevent being annoyed by small things.

Let me show you how to take advantage of every small detail and turn it into an opportunity to win the interview like a boss (Similar tips for online interview, here).

Mastering the "Tell Me About Yourself" Question in Job Interviews

Part 5

By Sami Bsoul

I know it is hard for me to predict who you, my mysterious reader, are, but it is not hard for me to tell you that if this is the first question you are asked, then the ball is now in your court. This is a typical question that is frequently repeated in interviews. Your answer will depend on various factors, but you are the one who knows yourself best.

Start with your latest/current role. You do not need to mention what you did last summer during your vacation since your interviewer

Why do you want to work for us?

Why should we hire you?

Why you are the best candidate for us?

Part 6

By Sami Bsoul

Let me start with the question, why do you want to work for us? This is your chance to recap how the company will benefit from hiring you. You do not want to disclose emotions that you need this job desperately, but rather you want to show your interviewer that you are passionate about the role. The message you want to convey when answering this question is:

Your awareness of the job requirements.

Your level of skills required for the job.

The knowledge and experience you have gained related to this job.

You can also demonstrate that you have learned about the company, and mention what this company is good at.

For example:

Instead of saying: "...I feel I can contribute to the company by...", better say: "...I believe

Captain Nathan Algren was captured by the Samurai leader Katsumoto, who wanted to study his enemy and understand him better. Katsumoto, who spoke English very well, developed a close friendship with Algren.

The Last Samurai was the first intelligent action film I watched, and it captured my attention with the Samurai's ability to apply their accumulated knowledge sensibly and prudently.

Prompted by wisdom, Katsumoto asked Nathan Algren, "Do you believe a man can change his destiny?" Algren, who had experienced humankind's existence without any illusions, provided an enlightening response with one sentence, "I think a man does what he can until his destiny is revealed."

This simple answer was capable of summarizing the ultimate goals, aims, and existence of all human beings on Earth. We work hard to achieve something meaningful in life, and often we question whether everything that happens around us is managed by some higher power. To a great extent, we are uncertain whether our personal experiences are

To change your destiny

Open your eyes

By Sami Bsoul

All depends on how much you are willing to search for the truth, and how much you are willing to change in certain ways without permanently losing your former characteristics or essence.

It depends on whether you approach reality with an attentive mindset towards conformity, or if you refuse to accept anything that is not already known to you. It also depends on whether you stick to your conventional and formulaic conceptions, or if you are willing to recognize and acknowledge new mental images.

Every problem has a definite age. Unless we give problems more life than they deserve, they will not last forever.

You may have heard the story of a wise man who offered to help people who claimed to be living in tragedy.

Fortunate people are happy with their character

By Sami Bsoul

Your character is an integral part of who you are and will stay with you throughout your life. It is a complex set of inherent attributes that determines your moral and ethical actions and reactions. The best intention is not to despair over your qualities or uproot the nature of your personality but to learn to navigate and cultivate it.

Your character is like a garden, with weeds and flowers all mixed up. You could spend your life pulling out every weed, but why not focus on growing the flowers instead? With some care and attention, you might even end up with a beautiful bouquet of qualities that define who you are.

Just like a garden, your character needs nurturing and attention to grow into its full potential. If you only focus on pulling out the weeds, your garden may end up looking barren and lifeless. But if you take the time to water and care for your flowers, they will bloom and attract all kinds of beautiful things, like butterflies and bees.

Similarly, if you focus on cultivating your positive qualities, they will grow and attract positive experiences and people into your life. Your kindness and generosity may lead to new friendships and opportunities, while your perseverance and determination may help you overcome challenges and achieve your goals.

So, don't be discouraged by the weeds in your garden of character. Instead, focus on nurturing the flowers, and you'll end up with a beautiful bouquet of qualities that define who you are and attract positivity into your life.

Everyone is unique, and it is good that people are born with different characters. Some individuals may be

To change your destiny- Do not be overly excited

By Sami Bsoul

If you want to change your destiny, it's important not to get overly excited about things that you know you won't actually follow through on. Enthusiasm is great, but it's not enough to achieve your goals. Instead of talking a lot, try to work more and listen more. Evaluate yourself every day based on what you've actually done, not just what you've talked about doing. Remember that empty words have no value.

It's important to be sincere and persistent in your pursuit of your goals. Sometimes people have a lot of wishes and desires, but when it comes time to take action to achieve them, they back away. This kind of weakness and lethargy can hold you back from reaching your full potential.

Your wishes and desires are only as valuable as the actions you take to pursue them. It's not enough to just talk about what you want; you need to be honest with yourself and others about what you're willing to do to make those wishes a reality. Your actions are what truly define you and determine your success.

Often, people get caught up in the

Free Will and the Power of Choice: Exploring the Concept of Free Will and Mindful Decision-Making

By Sami Bsoul

The concept of free will is a philosophical and theological issue that has been debated for centuries. At its core, the debate is centered around the question of whether we, as individuals, have the ability to make choices that determine the course of our lives, or whether our lives are predetermined and our actions are already set in motion. Some believe that our actions are predestined, others argue that we have the power of choice and can shape our destiny through the decisions we make. However, regardless of where you stand on this philosophical debate, there is one concept that can help individuals make conscious choices that align with their values and lead to a fulfilling life: mindfulness.

Those who believe in the concept of determinism argue that everything that happens in our lives, including our thoughts, feelings, and actions, is predetermined by factors beyond our control. These factors might include our genetics, upbringing, environment, and social conditioning. In other words, they believe that our lives are like a script that has already been written, and that we are merely actors playing out our predetermined roles.

On the other hand, those who believe in the concept of free will argue that

Don't Let Others Define You: Embracing Your Own Identity

Lucrative people are never worried about what others think about them

You are not responsible for how others understand things, but you are responsible for what you understand. Your mind is accountable for what it perceives and internalizes, so why worry about what others think of you?

Other people's opinions about you are not your concern, and you should not let them bother you. Many people allow themselves to be overwhelmed by the burden of others' perceptions and even try to decipher what others think of them. This can lead to emotional confusion and unnecessary stress.

The Buck Stops Here: Embracing Responsibility and Overcoming Obstacles

Prosperous people take full responsibility for their lives and do not seek to blame others

By Sami Bsoul

They are free from any kind of chains, whether cultural, environmental, or religious. They recognize that they alone are responsible for their own growth and development, and they do not shy away from this responsibility. Rather than looking for someone to blame, they see themselves as the agents of change and the heroes of their own stories. Taking responsibility means recognizing that no one else is responsible for your life. You are the one in control of your own destiny, and you have the power to make a difference at any moment.

You can decide to let go of negative patterns and cultivate positive ones that will lead you towards happiness, success, and confidence. This is not always easy, and it requires courage and determination.

But when you embrace responsibility for your life, you become

To change your destiny

Look at the whole bigger picture

By Sami Bsoul

To change your destiny, consider the bigger picture. Material possessions may bring temporary pleasure, but they will not provide long-lasting satisfaction. True happiness does not depend on external resources. At different stages of life, we may lack certain resources, such as money, health, or time. However, we can still find happiness by focusing on the things that matter most.

For instance, being adaptable and finding pleasure in simple things that do not require a lot of money, such as spending time with loved ones or enjoying the beauty of nature, can help overcome financial limitations. Additionally, prioritizing self-care, such as exercising regularly and eating healthy, can help maintain good health and prevent health-related limitations from affecting happiness.

Achieving happiness also involves acknowledging the significance of practicing self-compassion and taking care of oneself. Instead of striving for perfection, which can be exhausting and unrealistic, it is better to focus on

Understanding the Power of Patience and Perseverance

Outstanding people believe; Time is the best doctor that exists

By Sami Bsoul

Life is an ongoing journey that moves forward regardless of whether the time is good or bad. Time is a finite resource that we can never get back. As we experience the present moment, it becomes the past, and that instance or occasion will never occur again.

To effect change or experience healing, it takes not only discovering the truth but also patience, exceptionalism, and freedom from limitations.

Rushing is not the solution, and speed does not always get you where you want to go; in fact, it can often delay you. Instead, set a goal and enjoy the journey. Take pleasure in your daily experiences and cherish each moment, even when it's tough or painful.

Trust that time will take you where you need to be when you're

Embrace Your Uniqueness

By Sami Bsoul

The outcome of today is often determined by those who have taken the unconventional path. To truly stand out and create your own unique identity, it's important to embrace your exceptional qualities and work on your idiosyncrasies.

While certain qualities can be compared, your essential qualities are unique to you alone. You possess your own distinctive characteristics that define who you are, and these should never be compared to those of anyone or anything else. When you stop comparing yourself to others, you'll finally be able to fully embrace and express your true self. So don't waste any more time trying to be like someone else; start being who you truly are.

The Beauty of Individuality

The Beauty of Our Differences

By Sami Bsoul

Don't be offended or bothered by those who reject you. Be cautious not to reject those who are not similar to you or do not have the same characteristics as you.

We are all born and develop into a unique entity with differences and individuality. As human beings, we are different in everything, so why would you want to be like others?

The world is based on differences. Seasons vary, and you are created to vary too. You were not created in the likeness of someone else, nor in similarity in appearance, character, or nature.

Embrace that fact; the splendor of life is built on difference and is sustained by accepting these differences. Just as the collision of stones produces fire, different ideas, personal views, and beliefs create maturity. Therefore, do not exclude those who disagree with you. People were not created to be your servants, just as you were not created to become theirs
